Where is cool in London?
Thursday, November 19th, 2009It is a question that baffles many who want to move over to the Capital of England. I want to move to London but where shall I move to? There are numerous different areas where you could live in London and some of them are far more expensive than others! You must be able to find a happy medium and get the most out of it.
Anyone moving to London will know that it is one of the most expensive things you will ever have to pay for in your life but it will definitely be worthwhile. The city has so much to offer in terms of entertainment and job opportunities it is hard to say no. Firstly, apply for a job and see if you get it. If you do get it you will have a better idea of where you need to be. The closer you live to your work the more you will save on transport which is always good. Secondly, go and ask the estate agent what the average cost of rent is in that area. Is it worth going a bit further down the road where you can save more on rent? Thirdly, think carefully about what zone you might live in as the bills might be considerably more the closer you are to the heart of the city. This should provide an accurate amount that you will be paying out each month. Moving home is an expensive affair you need to organise a company which specialises in London Removals to come and move all of your stuff to your new location. Once you have that in place your life will be made a hell of a load easier. There are a few good companies which specialise in London Removals and Office moves.
Each district of London has its advantages but in my opinion you can only base a decision on where you get a job. That is the deciding factor for me. Good Luck!
